Why should I sign up?
If you’ve ever been frustrated by all the things around your house that need to be taken care of, or put off fixing something because you can’t find the time, then this service is for you! Not only does House Ninja handle the small issues that pop up (like A/C filter changes, new wiring for smart home systems, or gutter cleaning), we take care of big problems that arise without warning (like flooded sinks or broken water heaters). We also put all of your home maintenance on auto-pilot, so you don’t have to worry about a thing! What’s more, we keep a detailed digital record of everything related to your home, so you always have all the information you might need at your fingertips via our app.
How does it work?
Once you sign up for our service, you are assigned a dedicated House Ninja team. They will schedule your first home walkthrough and use our detailed checklist to identify any quick fixes your home may need or preventative maintenance you could benefit from. If you want anything taken care of, they can set it all up without you lifting a finger.
After that, whenever an issue arises, you can simply call or text your House Ninja team and we’ll find an expert local service provider to perform any work you need. We’ll handle scheduling and payment (and ensure you get fair pricing!), and will make sure everything is performed to the highest standards.

Think of your House Ninja as your personal home problem-solver. They handle everything from performing your annual home walkthroughs to organizing any services you need and providing ongoing advice about keeping your home in great condition. They’re also available to answer questions or take care of any issues.
What does it cost?
For just $99/month, you’ll get access to House Ninja support, services and annual walkthroughs, as well as unlimited virtual consultations. Our members also benefit from pre-negotiated rates with our high-quality vendors for any services they might need. At House Ninja, we want to be upfront about our pricing policy. We will be applying a modest markup to most projects. However, we are confident that our homeowners will still enjoy fair pricing through our expert negotiations, ensuring they receive top-quality work at competitive rates.
Am I locked into a contract?
